Councillor for Witham South
Paul has lived in the town all his life, the last 25 years in Witham South. An experienced councillor, he is very well known, meeting many people while walking his dogs each day. He worked at Stansted and Southend airports for many years but took retirement to become a full-time carer for his mother. A passionate supporter of local community activities, he used his time as Mayor promoting youth organisations. He wants more estate inspections and urgent work to repair our pothole-ridden roads!
